The best way to exchange is to place a new order for the item you want and return the item you don't want to us.

RETURN :
You may return an unused product within 20 days of the purchase date for a refund. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return of the merchandise.
PROCEDURES :
Send your request by email to: info@lixdesign.ca with your order number, as soon as possible.
In order for your refund to be processed, the tag must remain on the item.
The products must not have been worn or washed.
The refund will be made by the same method of payment used during the purchase. We will process the refund within 7 business days of receiving your package at our warehouse.
