Return and Exchange Policy
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not suit you, here’s how we can help.
Exchanges
The fastest way to make an exchange is to place a new order for the desired product, then return the item you wish to exchange.
This method allows you to receive your new item more quickly.
As our inventory changes rapidly, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the availability of products or sizes at the time of exchange.
Returns and Refunds
You can return an item within 20 days of the purchase date to receive a refund.
Eligibility Conditions
To be accepted, the item must:

be new, unworn, and unwashed;

be returned with its original tag;

be in the same condition as when received.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees paid at the time of the initial order are non-refundable. If you benefited from free shipping, a fee of $9.95 + taxes will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover the initial shipping costs.

Ship your package to us.
Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of receiving your package at our warehouse.
Exceptions
LIX reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet the return conditions or shows signs of use.
All items purchased on sale or promotion are final sales. They cannot be exchanged or refunded.
