The best way to proceed with an exchange is to place a new order for the item you want and return the item you do not want.
* We cannot guarantee the availability of desired products at the time of ordering.
REFUND :
You can return an unused product within 20 days of the purchase date in order to obtain a refund. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the merchandise. Please note that the shipping fees paid during the initial shipment are non-refundable. If delivery was offered for free, a shipping fee of $9.95 + taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please send your request by email to: info@lixdesign.ca with your order number, as soon as possible.
In order for your refund to be processed, the tag must remain on the item.
Products must not have been worn or washed.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. We will issue the refund within 7 business days following the receipt of your package at our warehouse.
* LIX reserves the right to refuse a refund if the condition of the returned product does not match the original product.
* All sale items are final sales. They are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
* No promotional code can be combined with sale items.
