DELIVERY

  • What are the delivery costs?

Canada : Standard delivery is delivered by Purolator at a cost of $8.95 CAD. Delivery is free with any purchase of $99.00 or more before taxes. The Express delivery option by Purolator at a cost of $15.95 CAD is also available for most areas.

United States : Standard delivery is offered at a cost of $8.95 CAD. The Express delivery option at a cost of $15.95 CAD is also available for most sectors.

International : The choice of delivery will be offered according to the solutions offered for each country and according to the weight of the item purchased. 

  • What are the customs charges?

Canada : No additional fees will be charged for all orders shipped to Canada. 

US and International : We are not responsible for customs fees or other charges imposed by the respective authorities of each country. These charges will be the buyer's responsibility.  

  • What are the delivery times?

Canada: The delivery time is between 5 to 10 working days following the purchase for major centers. Allow 1-3 additional day(s) for remote areas. A delivery time of between 10 and 15 working days is to be expected during promotional periods. A tracking number is linked with each order. So you can track your order.

United States : Delivery times listed are an estimate only and may vary by area. 

International: The delivery times listed are an estimate only and may vary depending on the sector. 

  • How do I change my delivery address?

When you make a mistake in your address, it is important to contact us quickly. You can reach us by email at: info@lixdesign.ca. A member of our team will contact you as soon as possible.

  • How can I track my package?

When you place an order online, you will receive an automatic purchase confirmation email with your unique order number. Subsequently, when your order is processed at the warehouse, you will receive a second email containing a tracking number. You will be able to follow the delivery status of your package as soon as it is scanned by the carrier.

  • What if I don't receive my order?

We invite you to contact the post office serving your area to confirm whether your package has been deposited there.

In the event that your package has been lost, please contact us by email at: info@lixdesign.ca so that a search request can be issued to Canada Post.

 

WAREHOUSE

  • Can I go to the warehouse to pick up my order or make a purchase?

For the moment, our warehouse is only used for the preparation of orders and it is impossible for us to welcome you there.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • I wish to exchange or return an item(s) purchased online. How do I proceed ?

We invite you to read our privacy policy very carefully. returns/exchanges in order to obtain all the relevant and precise details concerning your request.

  • When will I receive my refund?

As soon as your package has arrived at our warehouse, a period of 48 working hours is to count for the processing of your request.

It is important to note that a delay of between 2 and 5 business days is to be expected before the refund appears in your account, it all depends on your financial institution.

  • I want a refund for an item purchased on sale. Is it possible ?

Since all items purchased during promotional periods are final sale, a refund is not possible. 

 

RETAILERS

  • I have a store and I would like to offer your brand in store. How do I proceed ?

You must first go to the section opening a merchant account and fill in the form. Your request will then be forwarded to our brand representative, who will contact you as soon as possible.

PRODUCTION

  • Are your products made in Canada?

All our products are entirely created and developed by our team of designers. In the smallest details, we develop the models, determine the patterns, the material, the fabrics, logos, colors, labels and then we proceed to the manufacturing in different places in the world, according to our quality criteria and in a responsible way (factories certified, humane working conditions). You will find the respective country of manufacture on each of our product labels.

The research, development and appropriate tests for our various items are carried out internally at our premises.

The design and quality of each model is at the heart of the company.

LIX stands out for the quality and creativity of all its products. Enormous work is done every day in order to create and develop unique, authentic, aesthetic, comfortable products that meet your expectations.

  • Why not have your collections made in Quebec or Canada?

At the start, we really wanted all our products to be made in Quebec, or even in Canada. On the other hand, during our search for business partners, we realized that Canadian companies are either too small for full production (therefore already at full capacity) or do not take full responsibility. of the manufacture of the product. In short, Quebec and Canadian manufacturers were unfortunately not suitable for the manufacture of a collection like ours.
